I had problems recovering my email account and they solved it quickly. I just needed to show my credentials and that's it. The workers are very attentive and friendly.

The procedures have always been quick, the bad thing is that sometimes they don't tell you exactly all the papers you need, so you arrive with what they asked for but now there are other papers missing that they hadn't told you, so you have to ask more than once so it needs to be delivered

Hello, in my case I had an unpleasant experience, since I configured my course so that students who do not enter within 14 days were dropped, this was agreed with the students and that is how we agreed to work. So when 2 of them did not enter within the established deadline, the classroom deleted them. They contacted technical assistance and they RE-REGISTERED THEM without further ado, without consulting me. It is annoying for me that they interfere in my courses without notifying me, they have no idea the problems they cause me by canceling agreements and reducing my authority with my students. Thank you for your time.
